Surrey's pace attack have done their job by bowling Yorkshire out for 185 in a County Championship match at the Kia Oval that will be crucial to the September fortunes of both clubs.
Tom Lawes took the last two Yorkshire wickets in four balls on the second morning to finish with figures of four for 36 from 17.4 overs.
India A seamer Auqib Nabi picked up his first wicket for Surrey by removing compatriot Kuldeep Yadav after Yorkshire had resumed on 133 for seven following a weather-reduced opening day.
Dan Worrall and Matt Fisher, meanwhile, outstanding throughout Yorkshire's innings, ended with three for 40 and two for 51 respectively.
