Both Surrey men's and women's teams face a crunch week ahead as they bid to qualify for their respective Vitality Blast finals days.
And it is a double-header at the Kia Oval on Wednesday that provides both Surrey teams with the ideal opportunity to put themselves into strong positions in their groups.
Surrey Women's T20 captain Bryony Smith feels it is bowling in the powerplay that her team has to improve upon if they are to have a chance of getting to Finals Day - being held at the Kia Oval on Friday July 17 - and therefore having a shot at defending their Blast title.
