Dom Sibley's 101 and Rory Burns' 71-ball 89 proved to be the cornerstones of Surrey's 19-run win against Gloucestershire at Bristol,
There were other vital contributions, including significant knocks from Adam Thomas, Ollie Sykes and Josh Blake, plus an excellent team performance in the field, as Surrey came out on top in a match featuring more than 600 runs.
Ralphie Albert picked up three for 48 from his eight overs of left arm spin as Gloucestershire were bowled out for 292 in reply to Surrey's 50-over total of 311 for five.
It means Surrey have now won three of their first five Group A matches in the Metro Bank One Day Cup and stay in contention for qualification for the knock-out phase.
